Joining six other brand new pieces of performance fishing apparel, AFTCO announced the arrival of their Forge Insulated Jacket at ICAST 2023 in Orlando, FL this week. The Forge Insulated Jacket expands AFTCO’s existing lineup of insulated tops and jackets highlighted by features designed to bring anglers comfort, durability, convenience and most importantly, protection from the elements.
Constructed with 100% recycled nylon, the water repellent Forge Insulated Jacket is packed with Thermore® Freedom Stretch insulation which conducts heat, so it effectively doubles as a layering tool or an outer shell. The outer shell is composed of mechanical 4-way stretch TORAY Ripstop to allow for maximum mobility without sacrificing durability in areas of heavy wear. Highlighted by practical features like stretch-knit cuffs, zippered hand and chest pockets, and an adjustable shock cord hem, the Forge Insulated Jacket seals out moisture and retains body heat so striped bass anglers can comfortably fish through chilly mornings during the fall migration and maximize their time on the water.
