28 pound flounder caught at Snows Cut, last week!

Is this for real, I was told from the boat captains at C.B. Has anyone heard about this?
I wonder if the person who caught is waiting to cash in for the pics and info on the catch..
This would be a new world record. The captains were as shocked as I was, and everybody was asking questions, so I do not think it was a joke…
